Tenseisha wa Seken Shirazu: Tokuten Skill de Slow Life!?

The protagonist, 有理 (Yūri), dies after a long illness, and is reincarnated by a god into another world. He is given “最低限の能力” (“just enough/basic skills”) and a new name, Yūri, and hopes to live a slow, self-sufficient life. But upon reincarnating, things get dangerous immediately (gets attacked by a wild boar etc.), and he has to use his skills to survive, build up his living conditions, deal with monsters, etc.
